As a forerunner in innovation, EUROJERSEY approached the subject of 3D design as part of the internal industrial process. The use of 3D software allow us to create digital twins of our Sensitive® Fabrics’ range.
Working digitally, it is possible to choose the most suitable fabric for a specific garment, to study the product functionality taking into account the morphology of the wearer and create limitless color/material combinations by designing the garment in 3D once.
With 3D technology, designers can visualise new styles much faster than traditional physical sampling allows, while tech designers and pattern-makers begin fitting garments in 3D before a physical prototype is ever made. In this way we help our customers saving time, reducing costs and waste.
