Once again this year EUROJERSEY is supporting Doctors Without Borders to stand by the women the organisation cares for and assists every day. Indeed, millions of women are at the centre of MSF’s medical and humanitarian work: they are vulnerable, victims of violence and often have no access to medical care.
Even today, many die from pregnancy-related causes, others are left without any medical or psychological assistance and in countries with fewer resources it is not possible to get the care and services that should instead be accessible to all.
MFS has been dedicated to saving lives for more than 50 years: thanks to the support of donors, such as EUROJERSEY, MSF provides free medical care and assistance, promotes the application of health protocols, strengthens the infrastructure for medical care and encourages the training of local health personnel.
Our Company also supports the work of MSF humanitarian aid workers, who are essential for women’s health programmes. Here is the testimony of one of them.
